CLERMONT GOLF COMMUNITY QUESTIONS
Not in King’s Ridge or Summit Greens: their courses are independently owned and public, and golf is paid separately from the dues. Legends’ and Green Valley’s courses take public play too; we confirm what each home’s HOA covers before you tour.
King’s Ridge and Summit Greens are 55+; Summit Greens is gated. Legends and Village Green are open to all ages.

The median sale across the four was $350,000 in the 12 months to October 28, 2026: $330,000 in King’s Ridge, $357,500 in Summit Greens, $420,000 in Village Green and $512,500 in Legends.
