Mostly in The Hills of Minneola, which sold 132 of Minneola’s 274 new homes in the 12 months to October 28, 2026, then Sugarloaf (57), Cyrene at Minneola (39), Del Webb Minneola (25, a 55+ community) and Overlook at Grassy Lake (19).
