August 2026 marked 11 years since we first opened our brokerage.

Since 2015, we have helped hundreds of families buy and sell real estate, and the greatest reward of that work has been the deep relationships and friendships we’ve built along the way.

When we started, it was never our goal to become the biggest brokerage in Clermont. Our goal back then (and it still remains our goal today) is simply to be the most caring. We are just trying to take care of people.

Nothing grounds that mission quite like the seasons of life our clients go through.

In July, I attended the funeral of a client who was only in his 40s. In August, we picked up a new client who is ready to sell his home and move up north to be near his children after losing his wife earlier this spring.

Yet, right alongside that heartbreak, the bright side of life carries on—two of our clients welcomed new babies last month!

They have a way of cutting through the noise, bringing us back to reality, and reminding us of what really matters: people, family, friends, and home.

Real estate is about houses, but our business has always been about the lives inside them.
